From sales to installation, working with Westley heating was stress free and efficient

I thought our service technician was very friendly and did a good job.

Lance was prompt and efficient. Pointed out what he worked on and what needed updating.

They covered our carpeted steps and left our basement spotless! We appreciated the explanation of using our new furnace. Thank You!

Don is the next Gary. Very satisfied with him!

Nicholas, Bryce(“Bruce Lee”) & Kevin, You guys are the GREATEST! You all are very professional, efficient and humble. You truly care about your customers. We all agreed that “we” Will vote this year! BIG THANKS to all of you; its people/employees like all of you that make the company. All of you should get a raise. (Seng & Fong Vang of Bellevue, WI)

Kevin maintained the high level of service and professionalism that we have come to expect from Wesley Heating and Cooling. He was prompt, courteous, explained things well, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and took care to provide a high quality installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin from Wesley should an HVAC installation of any sort be needed. (Thanks much, Kevin, Bryce, Don, and Gary!!)

Lance is always very friendly and professional. He always acknowledges my dog to the point she knows him when he comes and rarely barks at him anymore. I really like have the same person come each year as I’m able to develop a rapport with him and just leave him to take care of things without hovering to make sure he does what he’s suppose to. I have complete trust in Lance.

Nick was awesome, thorough and informative. He answered all my questions and gave tips for routine and seasonal self maintenance. It’s safe to say Wesley will be returning, and hopefully we get Nick every time.

Ethan does a super great job ! Very friendly and professional in his work. Thanks , To all at Wesley for the many years of great service !

Nick did a great job and the furnace works great after the service visit.

From service estimates to new install, the experience was great. Nick did a wonderful job answering my questions and the install crew were on time, neat and extremely efficient. Would highly recommend!

Wesley has been wonderful to work with from our install to our tune ups. Every time they come to our house, they are so helpful.

Arrived promptly. Checked ac and furnace.

Ethan was very friendly and explained things thoroughly. He did an excellent job.

Kevin is efficient and proffessional, had our unit replaced and running quickly. Now our dispatcher can work in cool comfort again.

Great group to work with. Should have had them install the system 2 years ago. Responsive to my needs and questions, not constantly trying to upsell clubs.

Great customer service and company to work with!

Great job

Nick was great. Friendly and found the probables and repaired it quickly. New capacitor. We have a big system. He remembered our house and system! It was a Saturday after hours call. He was quick to arrive! And almost immediate call back!

We really appreciated how quickly Wesley was able to send a tech out to service our geriatric AC unit. Quick diagnosis and fix, and we’re back to cold air in the house again! We would definitely call again—and will definitely recommend!

Completed everything as stated in the contract. Also, worker was able to do extra work as requested during installation.

We had service the day after our furnace went down. They were here at 7:00 am with a new furnace. The service men worked hard and steady and we had a new furnace running by 12:00 noon!! The two installers were very kind and polite

Great service - Nick is very personable and customer-friendly. He goes above-and-beyond to help when there’s a problem. I request him every time for any HVAC service we need!

Installed new Lennox zoning system. Installers prompt, efficient, cleaned up and respectful to me and my home.

Fast service on a Saturday! Problem was fixed. Issue was explained and the cost was reasonable.

Nick was very helpful and told me everything what was wrong and went through my options as well as addressed the water leaking from my humidifier. I would highly recommend Nick over and over again. Very respected service man.

Lance was very punctual and thorough. He did a really good job explaining the options to consider. He also fixed the issue very quickly. Very happy with the service all around!

Jessica on phone and the two young men who came were friendly, and competent.

Ethan Is professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed and let me know of any concerns.
